SMCC Women's Golf Places Second at Paradise Valley Invitational

The South Mountain Community College women's golf team placed second at the Paradise Valley Invitational Mar. 6-7 at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix, Ariz. The Cougars posted scores of 333 and 334 over the two rounds to finish at +91. Individually, freshman Angelina Borg-Malec led SMCC by tying for fifth place at +16 (160) with two identical rounds of 80. 

Sophomore Kylie Rehberger tied for seventh at +22 (166) with rounds of 77 and 89. Freshman Raquel Pargas carded rounds of 87 and 85 to finish at +28 (172), and sophomore Trixie Sabulao also finished at +28 (172) with rounds of 89 and 83. Freshman Mia Hill recorded rounds of 90 and 86 to finish at +34 (176).
