SMCC Women's Golf Competes in Estrella CC Mountain Classic

The South Mountian Community College women's golf team competed in the Estrella CC Mountain Invite Mar. 10-11 at Sundance Golf Course in Buckeye, Ariz. Sophomore Angelina Borg-Malec led SMCC with a third-place finish at 13-over, 157 while freshman Kasey Reichard placed sixth at 27-over, 171 and freshman Lili Stutz was 11th at 39-over, 171. 

Borg-Malec carded a birdie in her first round and added two over her second round of competition. Reichard had one birdie in her opening round and one in the second, and Stutz had one in her opening round.
