Sophomore Mekaila Smith finished with five hits, including three doubles, in the SMCC softball team's doubleheader at Glendale CC on April 30. Smith finished 2 for 2 in game one with a double and an RBI, and followed tha tup with a 3 for 4 performance with two doubles and an RBI in game two. Smith is batting .441 with 14 runs, 30 hits, seven doubles, one home run, 17 RBIs, five walks, and a stolen base in 36 games this season.
