Angelina Borg-Malec Wins Individual Medalist at Mesa Invitational

Sophomore Angelina Borg-Malec won the 27-hole Mesa Invitational at Dobson Ranch Golf Course in Mesa, Ariz., on Nov. 6-7. Borg-Malec finished at +6 (114) and posted a two-over 74 over her final 18 holes to defeat her nearest rival by five strokes. She has now won four fall tournaments after earning First Team All-ACCAC, All-Region I and All-Southwest District honors, and tying for 44th at the 2023 NJCAA National Championships at +40 (328) as a freshman. 

Freshman Kasey Reichard finished at +29 (137) with rounds of 46 and 91, and fellow freshman Lili Stutz was +33 (141) with scores of 53 and 88.
