Cougar Baseball, Softball Featured in The Arizona Republic

The South Mountain Community College baseball and softball programs were featured in the Feb. 9 edition of The Arizona Republic. In a story by sports writer Amna Subhan, Cougar head coaches Todd Eastin and Brittney Matta spoke about returning to practice and competition amidst the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The story also features SMCC student-athletes Brodie Marino, Justin Quinn, Claire Burford, Christian Smith and Mia Stankiewicz, and a photo album of the baseball team practicing with their new safety precautions in place.
