Sophomore forward Rahimeh Salaam posted two double-doubles for the SMCC women's basketball team in the JV/Juco Invitational at Phoenix College. She posted 12 points and 18 rebounds against the Arizona Christian University JV squad on Nov. 1 and then followed that up with 16 points and 12 rebounds against Park-Gilbert JV on Nov. 2. She then added 18 points against the GCU Club Team on Nov. 3 as the Cougars went 2-1 at the event.
