The South Mountain Community College women's soccer team (0-9-1, 0-6-1 ACCAC) lost 9-0 to Eastern Arizona in an ACCAC match at SMCC Soccer Field on Saturday, Sept. 23. Sophomore Lucy Millan made 12 saves in goal for the Cougars in defeat.
Eastern Arizona scored four goals in the first half and added five in the second.
Sophomore Alicia Nicholson had the Cougars' lone shot on goal for the match. Freshman Jeraldy Hurtado received a yellow card in the 66th minute.
