Sophomore Leslie Aguirre averaged 21 points, 6.5 assists, 6 rebounds, and 3 steals in a pair of non-conference contests for the SMCC women's basketball team last week. In a win over the GCU Club Team on Nov. 15, Aguirre finished with 19 points, six rebounds, seven assists, and five steals. She followed that up with a season-high 23 points, six rebounds, and six assists in a road contest at Southern Nevada on Nov. 16. Aguirre is averaging 13.4 points, 6.1 assists, and 5.6 rebounds in seven contests this season.
