Sophomore Dionna Leanio enters the week on a 12-game hitting streak for the SMCC softball team while batting .440 with 44 hits and 39 runs scored in 32 games. Leanio also has five doubles, one triple, 13 RBIs, 18 walks, and nine stole bases on the year. She went 7 for 13 at the plate last week in doubleheaders against Pima CC and Glendale CC, totaling four runs, a double, and two walks.
