Sophomore Angelica Tello earned a win and a save for the SMCC Softball team as the Cougars swept Glendale CC in an ACCAC doubleheader on Mar. 23. Tellos tossed four innings of scoreless softball in game one and finished with a pair of strikeouts. In game two, she entered with SMCC leading 4-2 and threw two frames with one unearned run allowed. Tello is 2-4 with a 4.00 ERA and 21 K's in 42.0 innings of work this season.
