Sophomore Nikole Lunsford leads the South Mountain Community College women's volleyball team with 231 digs on the season, an average of 3.61 per set. She also leads the team with 22 service aces. She had a season-high 37 digs against the GCU-Club Team, and added 32 digs in a five-set match against Mesa CC. Lunsford had a season-high four service aces in a contest against Pima CC. As of Oct. 18, she ranks seventh in the ACCAC in digs and 11th in digs per set.
